About Dr. Segool Dr. Robert E. Segool is a life-long resident of the town of Burlington. He graduated from Burlington High School in 1995 and received his Bachelor of Science degree in 2000 from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. Dr. Segool received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in 2004. Dr. Segool is also certified with the National Board of Optometry and is licensed in Massachusettes by the Massachusettes Board of Optometry. His professional memberships include American Optometric Association, Cornea/ Contact Lens Section of AOA, and the Massachusetts Society of Optometrists.
